Hyde Brewing
Hyde Brewing featuring Ceviche Taqueria is Milton’s first brewpub located in the Crabapple Market District. The three owners, Thiago, Mikka & Josh, came together combining their experience, strengths and vision to add a new chapter in the story line with a brand new concept, Hyde Brewing. Hyde is a brewery that makes beer in-house as well as serves food from Alpharetta’s well-known, Ceviche.

Hyde + Ceviche Combination Logo
1 AM Design worked with the owners of Hyde Brewing + Ceviche Taqeria to figure out a way to combine the already existing Ceviche branding with the new brand vision for Hyde. We played around with different ideas until we finally landed on this concept and tied it all together.

Signage
1 AM Design also played a part in creating the exterior signs outside of the brewpub. We created mockups and helped determine the final color schemes & design layout.
Menus
This menu design reflects the evolution of Hyde + Ceviche. The familiar ceviche menu layout serves as a foundation, while the new drink menu chapter helps to unfold the story of Hyde Brewing.
Merchandise
1 AM Design worked on all of the merchandise designs including hats, t-shirts, hoodies, bags, etc.
